Approx. 10cm in length once folded, 5mm in width. Bands have stretch. Stopper slides up and down to easily adjust to required fit. Ensure that stopper is not pulled all the way off the band as it can be fiddly to put back on. All stoppers have been pre threaded onto bands. Perfect for DIY Cloth Face Masks.
